Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is protected by authenticated sessions via AWS Cognito.
04Player data and minors
MGVM is designed for use by coaches and scouts who may enter data about players, including minors. We do not collect data directly from minors. Coaches and clubs are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate consent to record and process player data, and for handling minor-protected records in line with their obligations.
05Data ownership
You own your data. MGVM stores and processes it solely to provide the service. You can request a full export, or deletion, of your data at any time, and we will action it promptly.
06Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
